Bald Eagle

There are a lot of eagles on Deseret Ranch.  They like to hide on the rock formations and within the spaces between hills.

So keep your eyes peeled because he might be on any branch:

Before this, my closest pictures were very far away.  They are such amazing birds.

And they really do look majestic in flight.

Look at his talons!

  1. Nice captures of the bald eagles! I always get a thrill when I see them in the wild, but I’ve never managed to get a good picture.

    Wow! Wonderful shots of the eagle. I love seeing these birds. We just now are starting to be able to see them in our area. Once or twice a year one makes an appearance.

    Kelly, that’s interesting. I never saw an eagle in all my years in New England. It’s great that you get to see them even if it’s only once or twice a year. I was in awe the first time I saw an eagle here. They’re so huge, especially their talons.
