Do you remember when I used to complain about how hard it was to see nuthatches? Well, hahaha, at my grandmother’s house you can see both the White-breasted and the Red-breasted Nuthatches that come to her feeders.
So pretty! I really like his long middle toe. He should totally give people the bird.
The nuthatches especially loved the suet feeder. I really wish the birds in Utah felt the same way. I’ve tried buying different kinds of suet, but the only birds that ever took an interest were starlings, and I don’t really want them in my yard because they’re menaces.
